This includes writers, photographers, videographers, and subject matter experts.

All HowGULF employees will participate in regular training on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), covering topics like unconscious bias, cultural competence, and inclusive leadership. We will conduct a thorough audit of our existing content, policies, and practices to identify and address any areas of bias or exclusion. This audit will be completed by the end of 2025, and we will make necessary adjustments to ensure that our platform is welcoming to all. Additionally, we will establish an internal DEI review board to oversee ongoing efforts.
